Shipping policy

We take 3-4 Business Days to dispatch Australia wide.

International orders could take longer. International charges may be extra compared to what paid at the checkout because of size, weight or destination and hence, the customer would be informed to pay extra charges.

 

Shipping:

  • We ship the items directly from Australia within 1-4 business days of receiving confirmed payments. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 36 hours or 3 business days with the exception of Weekend and public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

  • Standard shipping of $10 on all orders within Australia.

Please Note: Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for any wrong or non deliverable addresses.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders or contact us before placing an order on whatsapp +61404815854.
  • Actual Return Shipping Charges will be deducted if the buyer does not accept the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES - INTERNATIONAL

Most countries have the option of FREE International shipping over an order value of $250.00AUD. As soon as your cart total is over $250.00AUD you will see the option of free shipping. Below an order of $250.00AUD you can add pieces at checkout and enter your delivery address for an estimate.

DELIVERY PERIOD - INTERNATIONAL

  • We are not responsible for service transit time which are provided by the carrier and may vary with destination particularly peak periods.

DELIVERY PERIOD - Australia

  • Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 3-7 business days.

If you are an International customer and want a pack delivered in Australia please get in touch as delivery to Australia is possible.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please make a Parcel opening video which is a must for requesting a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp +61404815854 or email to claim the damage or missing items with the video. In case of damage, refund will be issued.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the refund.

We will accept returns request only if the product is returned within seven days of receiving in intact and unused condition and we will review if the return is accepted.

Buyer has to pay shipping to return the item back to us.

Shipping and insurance charges paid at the time of placing the order, if any are non-refundable.

Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount for items with FREE SHIPPING.

Refund will be given as a Store Credit.

Order once placed will not be cancelled.
