Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please make a Parcel opening video which is a must for requesting a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp +61404815854 or email on info@riwaazbysg.com to claim the damage or missing items with the video. In case of damage, refund will be issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
We except exchange only if the item purchased is damaged upon delivery. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the refund.

We will accept returns request only if the product is returned within seven days of receiving in intact and unused condition. Please make a Parcel opening video which is a must for requesting a refund. and we will review if the return is accepted.

Buyer has to pay shipping to return the item back to us.

Shipping and insurance charges paid at the time of placing the order, if any are non-refundable.

Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount for items with FREE SHIPPING.

Refund will be given as a Store Credit.

Order once placed will not be cancelled.
